Abstract:   (183 Views)
Background and Aim: Labor law is a combination of private law and public law rules, because it is based on a private arrangement between the worker and the employer and follows the rules of private and civil law. But due to the fact that governments have interfered a lot in the relations between these two groups, the rules and regulations of public law have strongly cast a shadow on this multi-layered entity. Also, the right to work as a driver of socio-economic life has always been monitored by governments, and the health of business owners is one of the components that is paid great attention to. Because in case of lack of health of the workers, the society's economy will suffer. Due to the special importance of this topic, the current research has studied the relationship between the right to work, mental health and occupational anxiety caused by the introduction of artificial intelligence in the labor market as the main objective of the research.
Methods: This research has been done in an analytical-descriptive format using library studies.
Ethical Considerations: In the present study, research ethical propositions have been observed.
Results: The results show that the right to work, as an issue rose today in the international and national communities, is facing challenges and problems that have arisen as a result of each party's encroachment on the other's rights. For this reason, it should be said that the introduction of artificial intelligence should not be equated with job stress and anxiety caused by the loss of people's jobs, but artificial intelligence should be seen as a platform for creating job opportunities.
Conclusion: The right to use and the method of civilizing the boundaries between the rights of the worker and the employer and commitment to international laws will reduce these conflicts. The worker's rights, including cultural, economic and social rights, will encourage the worker to commit to his work, and on the other hand, the creation and existence of rights for the employer will cause the employer to pay all the workers' rights.
