Background and Aim: In the final analysis, the international human rights system reaches a single category called "human life". Human life is his most valuable asset, and naturally, the protection of this unique asset is one of the necessities that at the same time connect wide issues. The right to health as an inherent right means that everyone has the right to achieve the highest standard of physical and mental health, and this right includes all medical services, public health, adequate food, suitable housing, a healthy work environment, and a clean environment. Includes Children with special needs often require special health care and have long-term physical, mental and psychological disabilities, which, among other obstacles, affect their effective and equal participation in society. In this regard, it is essential to have access to quality health care elements for the comfort and growth of children with special needs, their survival in childhood and transition to adulthood. Now the question arises, who are a child and a child with special needs? And how can the right to the health of children with special needs be realized in the light of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child? Methods: This study was carried out in a descriptive-analytical way using a library method. Ethical Considerations:In all stages of writing the present research, the ethical aspects of library-based study including the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed. Results:International documents such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Special Needs and the European Convention on Human Rights created a framework for supporting children with special needs. The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Special Needs is a step towards changing the approach of the rights of persons with special needs. Conclusion:Children with special needs often need special health care and have long-term disabilities with special physical, mental and psychological needs, which, along with other obstacles, affect their effective and equal participation in society. In addition to routine medical care, children with disabilities require ongoing evaluations by health professionals that continue into adulthood when the impact of the disability on their lives changes
