Identifying and Predicting the Negative Effects of Expanding the Use of Artificial Intelligence Capabilities in Performing Therapeutic-Diagnostic Processes in the Field of Medicine and Medical Services

Background and Aim: The fundamental issues related to the possible problems of using artificial intelligence in medicine, on the one hand, and the concerns related to giving electronic personality to machines that use artificial intelligence have caused scientific and research discussions in this regard to be considered by scientists and cognitive science researchers. It is recommended that before conducting research on legal issues such as insurance for artificial intelligence machines, how to organize the use of artificial intelligence in medicine, etc., key questions related to the responsibility of machines that use artificial intelligence in the treatment sector be addressed. In other words, in the discussion of the law and medical artificial intelligence, it should be precisely determined who and to what extent is responsible for the machines that use artificial intelligence for medical issues. In order to achieve such a goal, it is necessary to identify all those who deal with artificial intelligence and its uses. In this article, it was determined by examining the background of the opinions of scientists in this field that there are challenges for the future use of artificial intelligence in the medical field. It is worth mentioning that in this connection, especially in the field of medicine, very limited research has been done, but in a higher category and with a more comprehensive view in the discussion of artificial intelligence, there are numerous articles related to the concerns resulting from the illogical and unbridled progress of artificial intelligence. It has entered the field of writing, which can be cited and generalized to the field of treatment and medicine.
Methods: This article is a systematic research with evidence and analysis.
Ethical Considerations: All ethical aspects of library study, including the authenticity of texts, honesty and trustworthiness, have been observed.
Results: There are limited studies on the negative effects of using artificial intelligence in the field of treatment; in addition to that, the use of artificial intelligence in the field of treatment in the current conditions will lead to challenges that must be managed.
Conclusion: It is necessary to pay serious attention to the negative effects of artificial intelligence in the field of treatment and medicine in ethical, behavioral, legal, humanitarian, etc.
