Background and Aim:Maximizing the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence in the process of issuing votes and judicial decisions is one of the topics that is also present in the document of the judicial evolution of our country. The capabilities of artificial intelligence, including its high speed and accuracy in processing a large amount of data and reducing the time required to carry out life's affairs, have led to the use of this technology for proceedings and the use of an electronic health system in proceedings. Methods:In this research, it has been tried to investigate the role of artificial intelligence in the electronic health system by using analytical-descriptive method. Ethical Considerations: In all stages of writing the present research, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed. Results:The application of new technologies caused by artificial intelligence in proceedings related to criminal matters create important capacities in the field of access to justice, reducing the costs of proceedings, increasing the speed and accuracy of proceedings, the existence of different dimensions for health, various areas related to health and various factors affecting It includes the health of society. Conclusion:In order to ensure a healthy life, governments are required to take measures in a wide area, some of these obligations require immediate action, and others must be fulfilled over time, in the meantime, artificial intelligence will pursue the causes of e-health in the course of proceedings. had Accordingly, the application of this technology makes the principles and rules of fair proceedings face important challenges.
