Comparative Study of Duties, Legal and Legal Position of Family Physician in Promoting the Country's Health Rights

Background and Aim: The health of society members is considered the most important success factor in promoting health rights in any country. According to the description of the legal and universal duties, the family doctor plays an essential role in this field. The family doctor, as the person responsible for the prevention and primary health care program, is the concern of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health of the countries. The rule of law in this regard plays a significant role in the health rights of the society and the reduction of social harm, in Iran, even though the implementation of the law The family doctor program has been going on for several years, but it has not yet found its main and legal position in the country's health law system. However, examining the duties and legal status of the family doctor can be of great help in the development of the country's health rights. Therefore, the legal duties and legal status of the family doctor in the promotion of health rights can be examined. The family doctor's responsibilities, which are partly related to his medical profession and partly related to his medical responsibilities, such as taking care of all age groups, especially pregnant women, in increasing the population of the covered community, filing electronic health records, identifying and preventing the spread of disease in Society, vaccination, etc. are concerned. Any delay in the implementation of these legal duties and international legal status will harm the treatment process and progress of the society and the health rights of the country, therefore identifying the legal duties and international legal status of the family doctor, both from the perspective of the World Health Organization and from the perspective of the domestic laws of the countries and taking advantage of it, which leads to the advancement and promotion of health rights and the formulation of applicable laws in the country's health system, especially regarding the promotion of medical rights, and following that, informing the target population and family doctors and implementing it, and monitoring it, reduces the harms It becomes social in the health law system of the country and legalizes the health of the target society and patients.
Methods: The research method used in this article is descriptive-analytical and the data and information collection tool is based on the library method.
Ethical Considerations: One of the most important things in line with the rights of health and patients is observing ethical considerations, including privacy, informing the patient about treatment methods and diseases, etc.
Results: The rule of law in line with the implementation of the family doctor program and the improvement of the level of health system services and the right to health and the guarantee of its implementation is essential, which can have the greatest effect in the promotion of health rights in a favorable and lawful implementation.
Conclusion: Formulation of applicable laws with appropriate executive guarantee to improve the country's health rights and implement the family doctor program and create the necessary infrastructure and fields to support the vulnerable and weak sections of the society.
