fa تبیین ارتباط میان حق بر سلامتی و اخلاق زیستی The Elucidation of the Relationship between the Right to Health and Bioethics مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: حق بر سلامتی به عنوان یکی از حقوق بنیادین بشری، تضمین‌کننده دسترسی عادلانه به خدمات بهداشتی، محیط زیست سالم و درمان‌های مناسب است. اخلاق زیستی نیز به عنوان شاخه‌ای از اخلاق که به چالش‌های زیست‌پزشکی و سلامت می‌پردازد، نقش کلیدی در حفاظت و ارتقای این حق ایفا می‌کند. هدف این پژوهش تبیین نقش و تأثیر متقابل اخلاق زیستی و حق بر سلامتی می باشد و به تحلیل اصول اخلاقی مانند عدالت، منفعت‌رسانی و احترام به استقلال انسانی در مواجهه با چالش‌های سلامت عمومی و فردی می‌پردازد و موارد خاص در زمینه حق بر سلامتی را بررسی می‌کند. روش: این مقاله به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی نوشته شده است. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه‌ای است و با مراجعه به اسناد، کتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر جنبه‌های اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: با توجه به محدودیت منابع بهداشتی و پیشرفت سریع فناوری‌های پزشکی، موضوعاتی مانند تخصیص منابع، عدالت در دسترسی به خدمات سلامت، تحقیقات بالینی، سقط جنین و پیوند اعضا از چالش‌های مهم در این حوزه محسوب می‌شوند. تحلیل موضوعاتی چون تخصیص منابع محدود، عدالت در تحقیقات بالینی و دسترسی به خدمات سلامت نشان می‌دهد که بی‌توجهی به این اصول می‌تواند به نقض حقوق انسانی و ایجاد نابرابری‌های گسترده در سلامت منجر شود. در مقابل، پایبندی به اصول اخلاق زیستی، راه را برای ارتقای سلامت فردی و اجتماعی، تضمین عدالت و پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی و اخلاقی هموار می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که برای دستیابی به یک نظام سلامت عادلانه و پایدار، باید اصول اخلاق زیستی با رویکرد حقوق بشری ترکیب شود. این رویکرد می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز تصمیم‌گیری‌های اخلاقی و قانونی به منظور تأمین سلامت فردی و اجتماعی باشد. همچنین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که ارتباط میان اخلاق زیستی و حق بر سلامتی نه‌تنها در تصمیم‌گیری‌های پزشکی و بهداشتی اهمیت دارد، بلکه به عنوان مبنایی برای ایجاد سیاست‌های سلامت‌محور عادلانه و انسانی در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی نیز عمل می‌کند.</div> Background and Aim: The right to health, as one of the fundamental human rights, ensures equitable access to healthcare services, a healthy environment and appropriate treatments. Bioethics, as a branch of ethics that addresses biomedical and health-related challenges, plays a key role in safeguarding and promoting this right. The aim of this study is to elucidate the interrelationship between bioethics and the right to health, analyzing ethical principles such as justice, beneficence and respect for human autonomy in the face of public and individual health challenges, while also exploring specific issues related to the right to health. Methods: This article is written using a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection was conducted through a library-based approach, involving the review of documents, books and articles. Ethical Considerations: In this study, ethical aspects of library-based research, including the authenticity of sources, honesty and integrity, have been carefully observed. Results: Given the limitations of healthcare resources and the rapid advancement of medical technologies, issues such as resource allocation, justice in access to healthcare services, clinical research, abortion and organ transplantation are critical challenges in this domain. Analyzing topics such as the allocation of limited resources, justice in clinical research and access to healthcare services indicates that neglecting these principles can lead to violations of human rights and the creation of widespread health inequities. On the other hand, adherence to bioethical principles paves the way for enhancing individual and societal health, ensuring justice and preventing social and ethical harm. Conclusion: The findings suggest that in order to achieve a just and sustainable health system, bioethical principles must be integrated with a human rights approach. This approach can serve as a foundation for ethical and legal decision-making to ensure both individual and public health.
