fa ارتباط ترس از جرم و پیشگیری از بزه‌دیدگی ثانوی کودکان از منظر حقوق سلامت The Relationship between Fear of Crime and Prevention of Secondary Victimization of Children from the Perspective of Health Rights مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: ترس از جرم و بزه‌دیدگی ثانوی، از جمله مفاهیم مهم در زمینه حقوق کیفری و روان‌شناسی اجتماعی هستند که بر سلامت روانی و اجتماعی کودکان تأثیرات عمیقی دارند. این مقاله با هدف بررسی ارتباط میان ترس از جرم و پیشگیری از بزه‌دیدگی ثانوی در کودکان به ویژه در شرایطی که کودک قبلاً قربانی جرم بوده است، صورت می‌گیرد. تحلیل‌های روان‌شناختی و حقوقی می‌تواند به درک بهتر این پدیده‌ها و ارتقای تدابیر پیشگیرانه کمک کند. روش: این تحقیق به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و از منابع کتابخانه‌ای نگارش یافته است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر جنبه‌های اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: ترس از جرم به طور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم بر کودکان آسیب‌دیده از جرم تأثیر می‌گذارد. ترس از بازرخداد جرم ممکن است باعث ایجاد احساس ناامنی، اضطراب و بی‌اعتمادی در کودکان شود و در نتیجه منجر به بروز آسیب‌های روانی و اجتماعی بیشتر گردد. در این راستا، پیشگیری از بزه‌دیدگی ثانوی از طریق ایجاد محیط‌های امن، حمایت روانی و تدابیر حقوقی مؤثر، می‌تواند به کاهش این تأثیرات منفی کمک کند. نتیجه‌گیری: در نهایت، مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که یک رویکرد جامع که همزمان ترس از جرم و بزه‌دیدگی ثانوی را از بُعد حقوق سلامت در نظر بگیرد، می‌تواند به پیشگیری از بزه‌دیدگی و آسیب‌های روانی بیشتر در کودکان کمک کند. ایجاد استراتژی‌های پیشگیرانه و فراهم‌کردن حمایت‌های لازم برای کودکان آسیب‌دیده از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است و باید در سیاست‌های جنایی و اجتماعی کشورها مد نظر قرار گیرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Fear of crime and secondary victimization are significant concepts in criminal law and social psychology that have profound impacts on the psychological and social well-being of children. This article aims to explore the connection between fear of crime and the prevention of secondary victimization in children, especially in cases where the child has previously been a victim of crime. Psychological and legal analyses can contribute to a better understanding of these phenomena and enhance preventive measures. Methods: This study is conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach based on library research sources. Ethical Considerations: Ethical aspects of the library research study, including authenticity of the texts, honesty and integrity, have been adhered to. Results: Fear of crime directly and indirectly affects children who have been victims of crime. The fear of further criminal acts can create a sense of insecurity, anxiety and mistrust in children, leading to further psychological and social harm. In this regard, preventing secondary victimization by creating safe environments, providing psychological support and implementing effective legal measures can help reduce these negative effects. Conclusion: Finally, the study shows that a comprehensive approach that simultaneously considers fear of crime and secondary victimization from a health rights perspective can help prevent further victimization and psychological trauma in children.
