This technology has created legal challenges that need to be investigated.</span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The only way to legitimise cryonics according to Iranian law is to accept cryonics as the only available treatment solution for terminally ill people on the verge of certain death.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#101b34">Methods:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In this research, we intend to analyse the approach of the judicial systems of the United States, Canada and France with a descriptive and analytical approach in facing the request for the issuance of a cryonics implementation license by individuals and provide suitable solutions to adapt them to the laws and regulations of Iran. </span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#101b34">Ethical Considerations:</span></span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Despite the lack of sufficient internal resources, the authenticity of the texts has been observed with honesty and integrity.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f7f7f7"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#101b34">Results:</span></span></b><b> </b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The judiciary of the mentioned countries, because there is no necessary technology to revive cryonic patients, considers the cryonic patient as a dead person and only accepts cryonics as one of the ways of burying the body.
