fa نقش حقوق تغذیه و امنیت غذایی در توسعه گردشگری پایدار بر پایه اصول نوشهرگرایی: موردپژوهی هسته مرکزی شهر تبریز The Role of Nutrition laws and Nutritional security in Sustainable Tourism Development Based on the Principles of New Urbanism: A Case Study of the Central Core of Tabriz مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">زمینه و هدف: در دهه‌های اخیر، با گسترش شهرنشینی و افزایش فشار بر منابع شهری، چالش‌های مرتبط با امنیت غذایی، کیفیت زندگی شهری و پایداری گردشگری بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند. در این میان، نوشهرگرایی به عنوان رویکردی نوین در طراحی و بازآفرینی فضاهای شهری، با تأکید بر کاربری مختلط، پیاده‌مداری، حفاظت از بافت تاریخی و مشارکت‌پذیری اجتماعی، زمینه‌ای مناسب برای تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار فراهم می‌آورد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش اصول نوشهرگرایی در ارتقای امنیت غذایی و حقوق تغذیه در بستر گردشگری شهری، موردپژوهی خود را بر هسته تاریخی ـ مرکزی شهر تبریز متمرکز ساخته است. روش: در راستای دستیابی به اهداف این پژوهش از روش تحقیق مبتنی بر رویکرد کیفی ـ کمی با استفاده از برداشت میدانی شامل پرسشنامه‌ و مصاحبه با ساکنان، گردشگران و متخصصان محلی در محدوده بازار تاریخی تبریز و خیابان‌های پیرامونی استفاده شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش با رعایت اصول اخلاق پژوهش انجام شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان با رضایت آگاهانه و داوطلبانه در مطالعه شرکت کرده‌اند و اطلاعات آنان به ‌صورت محرمانه و بدون امکان شناسایی فردی استفاده شده است. به ارزش‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی هسته مرکزی شهر تبریز احترام گذاشته شده و داده‌ها صرفاً در چهارچوب اهداف علمی و بدون تعارض منافع به‌ کار رفته‌اند. یافته‌ها: داده‌های به‌ دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد که وجود فضاهای باز، بازارهای محلی و دسترسی به غذای سالم در مرکز شهر، عامل مهمی در افزایش رضایت گردشگران و تأمین عدالت تغذیه‌ای برای ساکنان است. از سوی دیگر، کمبود برخی زیرساخت‌های عمومی و خدمات شهری نظیر فضاهای استراحت، آب شرب و سرویس‌های بهداشتی، مانعی برای تحقق کامل اهداف نوشهرگرایی و تغذیه شهری به‌ شمار می‌رود. نتیجه‌گیری: مقاله حاضر تلاش دارد الگویی تلفیقی برای سیاستگذاری شهری در حوزه‌های تغذیه، گردشگری و طراحی شهری ارائه دهد. یافته‌های این تحقیق می‌تواند به عنوان مبنایی برای تدوین سیاست‌های شهری مبتنی بر حقوق تغذیه، تقویت بازارهای بومی و طراحی فضاهای عمومی با محوریت گردشگر و ساکن محلی در نظر گرفته شود.</h3> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: In recent decades, with the expansion of urbanization and increasing pressure on urban resources, challenges related to nutrition laws, quality of urban life and tourism sustainability have received more attention than ever before. In the meantime, newurbanism, as a new approach to designing and recreating urban spaces, with an emphasis on mixed use, pedestrianization, preservation of historical context and social participation, provides a suitable context for achieving sustainable development goals. This research, with the aim of examining the role of newurbanism principles in promoting nutritional security and nutrition laws in the context of urban tourism, focused its case study on the historical-central core of Tabriz. Methods: In order to achieve the goals of this study, a research method based on a qualitative-quantitative approach was used using field observations, including questionnaires and interviews with residents, tourists and local experts within the historical market of Tabriz and the surrounding streets. Ethical Considerations: This research was conducted in compliance with the principles of research ethics. Participants participated in the study with informed and voluntary consent and their information was used confidentially and without the possibility of individual identification. The cultural and social values of the central core of Tabriz were respected and the data were used solely within the framework of scientific goals and without conflict of interest. Results: The data obtained show that the existence of open spaces, local markets and access to healthy food in the city center is an important factor in increasing tourist satisfaction and ensuring nutritional justice for residents. On the other hand, the lack of some public infrastructure and urban services, such as rest areas, drinking water and sanitation, is an obstacle to the full realization of the goals of neo-urbanism and urban nutrition. Conclusion: The present article attempts to provide an integrated model for urban policymaking in the areas of nutrition, tourism and urban design.
