fa تأثیر فقر، مهاجرت داخلی و ناپایداری در کاهش امنیت غذایی در کشورهای در حال توسعه The Impact of Poverty, Internal Migration and Instability on Food Security in Developing Countries مقاله پژوهشي Original Article زمینه و هدف: امنیت غذایی یکی از مهم‌ترین مبانی توسعه پایدار است. امنیت غذایی دارای ابعاد مختلفی مثل موجودبودن مواد غذایی، دسترسی به مواد غذایی، مصرف مواد غذایی و ثبات مصرف مواد غذایی است که می‌تواند هم علت و هم معلول توسعه پایدار باشد. امنیت غذایی دارای ارتباط متقابل با عواملی، چون فقر، مهاجرت و ناپایداری است. مقاله حاضر به بررسی رابطه ابعاد مختلف امنیت غذایی با سه عامل فقر، مهاجرت و ناپایداری به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه می‌پردازد. روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی با استفاده از آمارها و منابع معتبر علمی انجام شده و با تحلیل داده‌های پیشین درباره فقر، مهاجرت و ناپایداری به بررسی تأثیر این عوامل بر امنیت غذایی می‌پردازد. <div style="text-align: justify;">ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمامی مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری حفظ شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، فقر یکی از اصلی‌ترین عوامل تهدیدکننده امنیت غذایی است که بر امنیت غذایی مصرف‌کنندگان و تولیدکنندگان اثر منفی دارد. فقر باعث کاهش توانایی تولیدکنندگان در تهیه مواد اولیه شده و نتیجتاً باعث کاهش عرضه و دسترسی مصرف‌کنندگان به محصولات غذایی می‌شود. مهاجرت روستانشنیان به شهر و سکنی‌گزینی عشایر در جوامع مبتنی بر روش سنتی تولید یکی دیگر از عوامل تهدید امنیت غذایی است. این مسأله باعث کاهش عرضه و افزایش تقاضا شده و در نتیجه میزان امنیت غذایی در تمام ابعاد خویش دچار مخاطره می‌گردد. دلایل متعددی مثل بحران آب، از بین‌رفتن اراضی کشاورزی و تغییرات آب و هوایی و اقلیمی باعث ناپایداری در نظام تولید و مصرف محصولات غذایی شده و با تهدید ابعاد مختلف امنیت غذایی، موجب کاهش امنیت غذایی می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: فقر، مهاجرت و ناپایداری به عنوان سه دلیل اصلی بر کاهش امنیت ‌غذایی تأثیر می‌گذارد. در راستای بهبود امنیت غذایی، لازم است سیاستگذاری‌هایی برای کاهش فقر، مدیریت مناسب منابع تولید و توسعه پایدار صورت بگیرد. افزایش سطح فناوری در تولید و به حداکثررساندن برابری اقتصادی می‌تواند در بهبود امنیت غذایی مؤثر باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Food security is one of the most fundamental principles of sustainable development. It encompasses various dimensions, including the availability of food, access to food, food consumption and the stability of food consumption. Food security can both be a cause and a consequence of sustainable development and is interrelated with factors such as poverty, migration and instability. This study examines the relationship between different dimensions of food security and these three factors, particularly in developing countries. Methods: This research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach based on statistical data and credible academic sources concerning poverty, migration and instability. The study analyzes the impact of these factors on food security. Ethical Considerations: Writing the present reasearch, While respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthinrss have been observed. Results: The research findings indicate that poverty is one of the primary threats to food security, negatively affecting both consumers and producers. Poverty reduces producers' ability to procure raw materials, leading to a decline in supply and limiting consumers' access to food products. Rural-to-urban migration and the displacement of nomadic communities in societies reliant on traditional production methods are additional threats to food security, as they decrease supply while increasing demand. Consequently, food security in all its dimensions is compromised. Moreover, instability in food production and consumption systems - caused by factors such as water crises, loss of agricultural land and climate change - poses significant threats to food security. These disruptions affect all aspects of food security, leading to its overall decline. Conclusion: Poverty, migration and instability are three principal causes of food insecurity. To enhance food security, policymakers must implement strategies aimed at poverty reduction, effective management of production resources and the promotion of sustainable development.
