fa کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در تضمین حق بر تغذیه کودکان؛ ابزاری نوین در پیشبرد حقوق بشر Artificial Intelligence and the Protection of Children’s Right to Food: An Emerging Human Rights Mechanism مقاله مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: حق تغذیه به عنوان یکی از حقوق اساسی بشر، پایه و اساس تحقق سایر حقوق انسانی است. بدون دسترسی به غذای کافی و مغذی، بقا و بهره‌مندی از دیگر حقوق بشری مانند حق آموزش، سلامت و زندگی شایسته غیر ممکن می‌شود. این حق، هرچند به ‌صورت مستقل در اسناد بین‌المللی ذکر نشده، اما تحت عنوان «حق بر استانداردهای مناسب زندگی» در میثاق بین‌المللی حقوق اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی (1966 م.) و همچنین در پروتکل الحاقی به کنوانسیون حقوق کودک مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است. با فراگیرشدن استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در کلیه زمینه‌ها، به نظر می‌رسد این حوزه نیز از چالش‌های نوین کاربرد هوش مصنوعی، مستنثی نیست. روش: این مقاله به شیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مراجعه به اسناد بین‌المللی نگارش یافته است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر جنبه‌های اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از این است که از آنجایی که کودکان به دلیل وضعیت سنی و جسمانی آسیب‌پذیرترند، نیازمند حمایت ویژه در زمینه تغذیه هستند. سوءتغذیه در دوران کودکی می‌تواند منجر به اختلالات رشد جسمی و ذهنی، کاهش توانایی یادگیری و حتی مرگ ‌و میر شود. از این ‌رو ارتباط تنگاتنگی بین حق تغذیه و حق آموزش وجود دارد. هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند ابزاری مؤثر برای حمایت از این حق در برابر تهدیدات تبلیغات فست‌فود و الگوهای ناسالم باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: این مقاله بر آن بوده است تا نشان دهد هوش مصنوعی در تضمین حق بر تغذیه کودکان به مثابه ابزاری نوین در نظارت، تحلیل داده‌ها، آموزش و مدیریت منابع غذایی کاربرد دارد، اما چالش‌هایی مانند حریم خصوصی و نابرابری در دسترسی وجود دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: The right to food, as one of the fundamental human rights, forms the basis for the realization of other human rights. Without access to sufficient and nutritious food, the survival and enjoyment of other human rights, such as the right to education, health and a dignified life, becomes impossible. Although this right is not explicitly mentioned as an independent right in international documents, it is emphasized under the concept of the “right to an adequate standard of living” in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (1966) and also in the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child. With the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence across various fields, it appears that this domain is also not exempt from the novel challenges posed by AI applications. Methods: This article is written using a descriptive-analytical approach, based on library resources and references to international documents. Ethical Considerations: This study is based on library sources and international documents, with no direct human subjects involved. Key ethical considerations in applying AI to children's nutrition include privacy protection, equitable access, transparency and accountability. Ensuring responsible AI implementation helps safeguard children's rights and promotes their access to adequate nutrition while upholding fundamental ethical principles. Results: The findings indicate that, due to their age and physical vulnerability, children require special support in the area of nutrition. Malnutrition during childhood can lead to physical and cognitive growth impairments, reduced learning capacity and even mortality. Therefore, there is a close relationship between the right to food and the right to education. Artificial intelligence can serve as an effective tool to protect this right against the threats posed by fast-food advertising and unhealthy dietary patterns.
