fa ارتباط cAMP (آدنوزین مونو فسفات حلقوی) با جنبه‌های کیفری قتل The Relationship between cAMP (Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate) and Criminal Aspects of Murder مقاله مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: آدنوزین مونوفسفات حلقوی (cAMP) یکی از مولکول‌های زیستی مؤثر در تنظیم رفتار و عملکرد مغز است که اختلال در سطح آن می‌تواند با بروز رفتارهای تکانشی، پرخاشگرانه و خشونت‌آمیز در ارتباط باشد. در سال‌های اخیر، پژوهش‌های تجربی در حوزه زیست‌شناسی و روان‌پزشکی بالینی، به شناسایی نقش پیام‌رسان‌های درون‌سلولی در الگوهای رفتاری مجرمانه پرداخته‌اند. این مقاله در پی آن است که به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که آیا نوسانات یا اختلال در سطح cAMP می‌تواند در تحلیل انگیزه، مسئولیت کیفری یا قابلیت بازپروری مرتکبان قتل مؤثر باشد یا خیر. روش: این مطالعه با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و مرور منابع علمی معتبر در پایگاه‌های PubMed، Scopus، ScienceDirect و Google Scholar انجام شده و تلاش دارد تا از رهگذر داده‌های بیوشیمیایی و رفتاری، به بررسی جایگاه احتمالی سطح cAMP به عنوان یک شاخص زیستی مکمل در کنار ارزیابی‌های بالینی در دادرسی‌های کیفری بپردازد. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که هرچند cAMP در تنظیم رفتار نقش دارد، اما به ‌تنهایی نمی‌تواند مبنای تعیین مسؤولیت کیفری یا تشخیص انگیزه جنایت تلقی شود، مگر آنکه در کنار داده‌های روان‌پزشکی، اجتماعی و حقوقی دیگر، در چارچوب ضوابط علمی و قانونی به ‌کار گرفته شود. نتیجه‌گیری: در نتیجه، بهره‌برداری حقوقی از شاخص‌های زیستی چون cAMP باید با ملاحظه‌ محدودیت‌های تفسیری، فردیت متهم و اصول دادرسی منصفانه همراه باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) is one of the biological molecules in regulating brain behavior and function and its level can be associated with the occurrence of impulsive, aggressive and violent behaviors. In recent years, experimental research in the fields of biology and clinical psychiatry has identified the role of intracellular messengers in criminal behavior patterns. This article seeks to answer the question of whether fluctuations or disruptions in cAMP levels can be effective in analyzing the motivation, criminal responsibility or rehabilitative capacity of murderers. Methods: This study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and a review of reputable scientific sources in PubMed, Scopus and Science Direct and Google Scholar databases. It attempts to investigate the possible role of cAMP levels as a complementary biomarker alongside clinical assessments in criminal proceedings through biochemical and behavioral data. Ethical Considerations: In all stages of writing the present research, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed. Results: The findings indicate that although cAMP plays a role in regulating behavior, it cannot be considered the basis for determining criminal responsibility or identifying the motive for a crime alone, unless it is used within the framework of scientific and legal criteria, along with other psychiatric, social and legal data.
