fa یکپارچه‌سازی ایمنی، پایداری و اخلاق در زنجیره تأمین مواد غذایی: ارائه چهارچوبی نوین در خدمت سلامت عمومی و جلب اعتماد اجتماعی Integrating Safety, Sustainability and Ethics in the Food Supply Chain: Proposing a Novel Framework in Service of Public Health and the Enhancement of Social Trust مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: پیچیده‌ترشدن زنجیره‌های تأمین غذا در سطح جهانی، چالش‌های به‌هم‌پیوسته‌ای را در زمینه ایمنی مواد غذایی، تخریب محیط زیست و مسئولیت‌پذیری اخلاقی تشدید کرده است؛ چالش‌هایی که پیامدهای مستقیمی برای سلامت عمومی و اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان به همراه دارند. هدف این مقاله بررسی ضرورت ادغام نظام‌مند ایمنی غذایی، پایداری زیست‌محیطی و مسئولیت اخلاقی در ساختارهای معاصر زنجیره تأمین غذا و تبیین سازوکارهای عملی برای تحقق این هم‌افزایی است. روش: این مطالعه با اتخاذ رویکردی تحلیلی و چندبُعدی، به بررسی چهارچوب‌های اجرایی، برنامه‌های سازمانی و رویه‌های عملی در زنجیره تأمین غذا می‌پردازد و همزمان نقش فناوری‌های پیشرفته ردیابی، از جمله سامانه‌های مبتنی بر بلاک‌چین و ابزارهای پایش هوشمند، را در ارتقای شفافیت، کاهش ریسک و افزایش قابلیت پاسخگویی مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد. ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه ماهیت تحلیلی ـ مروری داشته و از داده‌های ثانویه و منابع منتشرشده استفاده کرده است. بنابراین هیچ‌گونه مداخله انسانی یا حیوانی، جمع‌آوری داده‌های شخصی و تعارض منافع وجود نداشته است. همچنین در تمامی مراحل پژوهش، اصول امانتداری علمی، استناد صحیح به منابع و رعایت انصاف در تحلیل دیدگاه‌ها و چهارچوب‌های مورد بررسی مد نظر قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که اجرای همزمان اقدامات ایمنی غذا، رویکردهای مبتنی بر پایداری و اصول اخلاقی می‌تواند به طور معناداری خطر آلودگی‌های غذایی را کاهش داده، سلامت عمومی را تقویت کند، از منابع طبیعی حفاظت نماید و اعتماد مصرف‌کنندگان را افزایش دهد. با این حال، عواملی نظیر پیچیدگی‌های عملیاتی، محدودیت‌های مالی، پراکندگی مسئولیت‌ها و سطح ناکافی آگاهی ذی‌نفعان، همچنان از موانع اصلی در مسیر پیاده‌سازی مؤثر این رویکرد یکپارچه به شمار می‌روند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان‌دهنده این است که دستیابی به یک نظام غذایی ایمن، پایدار و مبتنی بر مسئولیت اخلاقی، مستلزم تعامل هماهنگ بازیگران زنجیره تأمین، تقویت مستمر ظرفیت‌های فنی و انسانی و به‌ کارگیری هدفمند ابزارهای ردیابی و پایش در تمامی مراحل تولید و توزیع غذا است؛ رویکردی که برای تضمین تاب‌آوری بلندمدت و اعتماد پایدار در نظام‌های غذایی ضروری است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: The growing complexity of global food supply chains has amplified interconnected challenges related to food safety, environmental degradation and ethical responsibility, thereby exerting increasing pressure on public health outcomes and consumer trust. This paper examines the imperative of systematically integrating food safety, environmental sustainability and ethical responsibility within contemporary food supply chain structures and explores practical mechanisms for achieving coherence among these dimensions. Methods: Employing a multidimensional analytical approach, the study reviews existing operational frameworks, institutional programs and industry practices, while assessing the contribution of advanced traceability technologies -such as blockchain-based systems and smart monitoring tools -in improving transparency, risk mitigation and accountability across food supply chains. Ethical Considerations: This study is analytical and review-based and relies solely on secondary data and previously published sources; therefore, it involves no human or animal subjects, personal data collection, or conflicts of interest. Throughout the research process, principles of academic integrity, proper citation and fairness in the analysis and interpretation of the reviewed frameworks and practices were strictly observed. Results: The analysis demonstrates that the simultaneous application of food safety measures, sustainability-oriented practices and ethics-based approaches can significantly reduce contamination risks, enhance public health protection, preserve natural resources and strengthen consumer confidence. Nonetheless, implementation challenges persist, including operational complexity, financial constraints, fragmented responsibilities and insufficient stakeholder awareness, which limit the effective realization of integrated strategies. Conclusion: The results of the present study indicate that establishing a safe, sustainable and ethically responsible food system requires coordinated engagement among supply chain actors, continuous capacity development and the strategic deployment of traceability and monitoring mechanisms across all stages of food production and distribution.
